Another example of not enough duct tape

Saw this on the freeway here in California

This is a solid attempt but a few horizontal strips of duct tape would have locked in the vertical strips. Especially at the gap between the fender and the front bumper cover.

He should have picked up a box of the clips that hold the bumper cover on at a auto supply store and saved the Duct Tape for more important repairs...............
