Ceramic soaps

One more question today.
If one uses a ceramic wash can a carnuba wax applied over this wash?

I'd say you could, just personal preference.

Just keep in mind, when you apply a carnauba product on top of a ceramic product, you'll get the benefits and features of the carnauba, (not the ceramic), until the carnauba wears off.

That said, as long as the carnauba wax is a PURE wax, that is not a cleaner/wax or AIO, then applying a carnauba or anything onto your car to refresh the look is always an option.
