Merry Christmas!
Each year I try to have a super cool Christmas detail and this year it's actually a super cool car and just the right color for the holidays. This is a 1936 Ford Roadster Streetrod built by Mike Stowe and his Father in the early 1960's. It's an all steel body streetrod that has been sectioned 4 inches. You wouldn't know it unless this car was parked next to a stock body 1936 Ford Roadster.
Restore original paint to match new paint
The fenders were recently repainted due to wear-n-tear over the last 65 years but Mike wanted to keep the rest of the pint on the car for sentimental reasons as he and his Father painted this car. Mike asked me if I could bring back the full richness of color and gloss to the remaining original paint so that it will match the freshly painted fenders.
I'll share before and after pictures plus something new after the Christmas Holiday.
