Due to the number of videos and articles I've created over the years about the FLEX XC 3401 VRG aka the BEAST and the new Harbor Freight Hercules HC109B Forced Rotation Dual Action Polisher, (exact copy of the XC 3401 VRG), I often have people contact me asking me where they can get a replacement Felt Ring, as well as replacement backing plates, and also the HEATED TREATED backing plate bolt and washer and of course replacement carbon brushes as these parts will all wear out.
