    Yes I know about paints . I build and restore Wood model ships. In the evening.' Thanks for the tip making sure it's flat. I don't if I will put a primer on? What grit sandpaper you suggest before painting?

    Lots of heavy deep scratches and rust was forming, I have let the filler cure, I sanded down the area with 340 grit sandpaper and a dremel flat wheel same grit . I will probably use a higher grit sandpaper then two light coats of color? Then let it cure overnight

    Hello everyone! I am fixing road rash on a chrome rim I just used metal filler waiting to cure. I will sand and shape, will use a primer then spray with chrome paint. Should I apply a clear after then polish? Thanks Nick

    Mike I forgot I am sorry, I have two small spots like this on a side panel. How should I handle this? The clear coat has broken through. Color looks ok. Should I sand a brush in clear then sand with 3000 and 5000 then polish out? Thanks Nick
