Long time no see and I thought I lost you.. Say I have an idea and I need your help. We need you to do a paint correction on our 2020 transit Connect. The last 4 years haven't bene so friendly with the paint.. One guy at a lube center used a windshield washer on the rear of the van thinking we have a rear window and we don't he screwed that part of the rear of the van up. So we need you to do a paint correction on our van as a demonstration. We're willing to drive to FLA from MD to have you do this.. are you game?

Glad you found me. I never wanted to be at the mercy of someone else and the social media accounts they own, (had a really bad expereince with a few recent companies), so I started my own forum. I really don't care if others use it or not, it's mostly so I have a place to document my classes and my work. But glad you found me and feel free to post whenver you like.

Sorry to hear this, probably cannot be too bad though. Light swirls and scratches.

I appreicate your trust and willingness to dry a Transit Van all the way from Maryland to Florida just so I can use it as a demonstration training cars, but I don't normally use large things for classes. In fact, just the opposite. Look through the last class I photo-documented, it's for the most part SIVs or Special Interest Vehicles.

564 Pictures - May 3-day class at Dr. Beasley's O.R. in Stuart Florida with Mike Phillips

And the above write-up, or article, or thread or whatever you want to call it is a TEXT BOOK example of WHY I started my own forum. It's to photo-document my classes because no other person in the detailing industry does this type of docmentation for their classes. And in my way of thinking, if I wanted to take a detailing class - I would want to SEE what I get to do based upon past classes the company or person teaches. But with other classes, outside of a few pictures on FB and IG, there is no photo-documentation.

The last transit van I detailed was a Merecedes-Benz transit van and the ONLY reason I detailed it was because it was for a guy that brings me a lot of classic Ferrari's to detail, and I like to take care of people like this.

And this would be the same guy that I just detailed his AeroValt Car Hauler.

So thank you sincerely, but I'm going to let someone else have the blessing, as I like to say. :)

Mike just so we're on the same page.. the Transit Connect is the "small" cargo van Ford makes NOT the larger Transit or the Transit custom..

Copy that and again, thank you for the opportunity, but I'm going to let someone else have the blessing.
