If this was my truck, I would polish out the wheels to look like chrome. They would be the only thing polished on the entire truck.

Actually... after thinking about it... I would machine scrub the tires and install a tire coating like I did to the Toyo tires on my last truck.

Not trying to exploit Mr. Carini here but it's one of the few good pictures I have of the old 2-door Chevy that shows the tires.

Yup - that's what I would do - coat those suckers.

No but I have not kept up with dealerships and to be honest - I've been very disappointed with the follow-up from our local dealership.

I'm strongly leaning against the purchase and going a different direction.

Being an almost 33 year Ford employee , I really hate to hear about something they did or their dealers. Some people just can't help but to shoot themselves in the foot.

Have you got your Bronco or did you go elsewhere?

I noticed something the other week when I took the wife's car in for a recall. There were 2 Bronco's sitting on the showroom floor. What amazed me was they did not have the dreaded "Dealer Markup" stickers on them. Only the factory window sticker.
