Kind of looks like a high spot to me. A high spot meaning - a patch of ceramic coating that was not fully removed.

If it is a burn-through, meaning you've buffed through the clearcoat and exposed the basecoat, then here's how to test.

Take a white cloth and a white polish and gently polish in the middle of the spot. When you turn the cloth over, if you see the color of the basecoat, this indicates the clear is missing. If you only see the white cloth and the white polish - then you have not burned through the clearcoat.

If it is a high spot - try to gently polish and see if you can remove it.
