BTW, my question regarding you not cross hatching with the Rotary and wool pad was not intended as a “call out” or criticism. I’m so new to this I was wondering if my cross-hatching technique was incorrect or possibly even causing some of my problems. Watching you taught me that it’s acceptable for me to not always struggle to go in perpendicular passes in the small or hard to get to areas (which I’ve been doing thus far).

All good. For a small section like that I was moving back and forth looking to see when the sanding marks were fully removed. Yancy camera pick up everything so I was more focused on 100% defect removal as fast as I could to move on to the next step.
