U coat the boat - you get to float!

I think it was Project Dreamboat on Florida Sportsman...I saw it there I believe.

Yup, here's the YouTube version of that TV show.

The segment with Royce and his custom built boat starts at the 6:40 minute mark.

Royce has “glass” talent for sure!

Super talented young man. He has another episode for a flats boat he built. Same concept - bought a used boat and completely customized it.

Royce and I machine sanded his boat, then buffed it out using all 3D products including the 3D Ceramic Coating. While on the boat and later when we washed the boat I paid attention to how the coating was holding up and she still has great gloss, shine and water beading.

That said... stay tuned for a future episode involving Royce's custom built 1966 John Allmand 23' Formula.

Was the transom extension scratch built? I was hoping they showed a picture or two of that.

I'll ask Royce. I know the boat started out as in inboard and for a host of great reason, especially reliability - Royce added the transom so he could run an outboard.

He routinely takes this boat to the Bahamas, (with a single engine), with no fear and no problems. He's also a Certified Yamaha Technician.
